Diving Log 4.0.13 and Diving Log PPC 4.5 released

This update contains the new synchronization for Diving Log 4.5 for Windows Mobile and all updates and patches from the past 4 month after Diving Log 4.0.12:

Please note: Diving Log 4.5 for Windows Mobile can only open logbook files created by the new sync function. And the new sync function can only be used with Diving Log 4.5 PPC. The old sync function for the 4.0 PPC version is still available.
