Re: Divemate iOS en divinglog

Unfortunately it seems that Divenav Inc. has closed its business so DCbuddy is not an option anymore. Oddly enough Divemate company suddenly decided not to support IOS anymore. They pulled their IOS app off the Apple store and stopped selling/supporting Divemate USB leaving their IOS customers rathe...

Re: Feature request

Ok, you are probably right.
By the way is it currently possible to filter the divelist by "night dive"? (I mean: "Additional"-->"Dive Type"-->"Night")...

Feature request

Hi Sven, in the logbook dive list there is currently a small icon near the dive number. It can be either a profile symbol (if profile data is available) or a datasheet symbol (if profile data is not available). Would it be a big deal to darken (or invert) the colors in the icon for those dives marke...

Re: Technical dives: feature request

Hi Sven, V-Planner is probably the most well known software for deco calculation, but several others are out there. Also in my experience the deco software is usually run on the diving center's computer: each diver handwrites the resulting table on his wrist tape and does not hold a software copy of...

Technical dives: feature request

Hi Sven, following your blog I read that you are revising the log format to better represent "technical" dives. Actually a lot of "technical" divers use to wear computers as a backup, but to follow pre-calculated tables (by well known deco softwares as V-planner, Gap...). You may...

Dilogs/Divelogs/URDivebook upload problem

Hi Sven, it seems that I'm not able to upload my logs in web-based repositories (Dilogs/Divelogs/URDivebook, did not try the 4th one). In the synchronization window the correct account name is shown in the top right corner but when I try to upload the dives I get an error messages (always the same o...

Re: non-administator account on laptop

Sven, FYI: I installed DL on another laptop (where I own admin-rights) and I synchronized PPC-->laptop. Then I manually copied the logbook.mdb file (overwriting the previous one) from that laptop to the one where I do not own admin-rights. It worked and I have now all my logs on my laptop! :-D Thanx...

Re: non-administator account on laptop

Sven, as usual the quality of your support is way beyond the (small) fee paid for the program. I'll give it a try installing DL on another computer and then transfering the converted logbook into my laptop. This should work, if not I'll mail you my PPC logbook for conversion. I'll keep you posted an...

non-administator account on laptop

Hi, I have Diving Log 4.0 installed on both PPC (WM5) and office laptop (Vista enterprise). I used to have admin rights on my laptop BEFORE a change of policy in my company. So I was able to install DL4.0 on the laptop (and apply my registration key), I never uploaded all DL4.0 diving data into the ...

nitrox gas info?

Hi,

1 quick question: I use an Aladin Pro Nitrox computer, does the software automatically input the nitrox info in the logbook (i.e. "EAN26" or something similar)?
Thanks :-)

bundle products?

Hi

is it possible to buy the PC and PPC versions bundled together at a discounted price (I mean less than the sum of the 2 prices)?
Thanks and compliments for the software! :-)
