Problem with Chromis download

Sorry for my english...

It's impossible to download data with Chromis...

DC_STATUS_NOACCESS means usually another application is blocking the COM port, so make sure to close any other dive software or you've selected the wrong COM port.

It is possible that the driver is not installed correctly or working. In this case no COM port is created. Make sure to check Windows device manager to see if the interface is showing up when it is connected. You can also see the correct COM port there or and yellow exclamation mark if there is a problem. Make also sure the download is working with the manufacturer software.
