Hi

Well, the message already says it, the dive computer is not found. Make sure the irda sensor is pointing directly to the receiver, that the dive computer is switched on and that the Irda dongle drivers are working correctly. Let me know if you have still problems.

Kind regards,
Sven

Hi Sven,
Thank you.
It finally worked. I had to change my computer and do it on W7.
On the W10, it does not work due to non present driver for that version.
Thank you.

Hi

Good to hear that it works on Windows 7, but normally it should also work on Windows 10. Try to uninstall the IRDA driver from the device manager and let Windows reinstall it. Maybe you need another dongle for Windows 10, but mine is working without problems.

Kind regards,
Sven

I too was unable to get IRDA dongle to work in W10 after using it flawlessly for years in W7. I tried everything in the book. I had an old W7 computer I was using just for uploading dives until I switched to a Shearwater and can just import the dives from an exported db file.
