Shearwater Cloud import issue
Shearwater Cloud import issue
since the last update either on Diving log or Shearwater Cloud, i havnt been able to import dives anymore from shearwater cloud, when i go to the import tool shearwater desktop and locate the file it shows 0 dives, this have never been a issue before, does anyone else experience this issue ? or can someone help solve this issue

Yes, Shearwater changed their file format. I'm looking into this and update the import function shortly.

I had the same problem. Uninstall your Shearwater Cloud and install an older version of it without updating. Then you will be fine until there is an update to Diving Log.

It would be great if some of you can send me their Shearwater database for testing, especially if you've already downloaded some new dives with the latest Shearwater Cloud Desktop 2.9.0 version. The database is located here:

Thank you for the file! The import works now for existing dives (which were in the database before the 2.9 update and has been updated). Let me know if someone needs that update now. For new dives (downloaded with 2.9) it will take more time. The data format has changed significantly.

I have a beta version which you can try. Please download this zip file and copy the content into the Diving Log 6.0 program folder.
Please try the Shearwater Cloud import and let me know if you see any problems or missing data compared to previous imports. If everything works I want to release this as official update to everyone next Monday.

Version 6.0.25 (Update 1) with these changes has been released officially, so the zip file above is not needed anymore.
